Industrial Hose Crimping
Crimp hydraulic hose fittings are used to make personalized hydraulic hose assemblies by connecting the ends of hydraulic hoses. They have a crimped end that connects to the hydraulic hose and a threaded end that connects to machinery, tubing, or other hoses, and are also known as crimpable hydraulic hose fittings. A crimping machine or mechanism secures the crimpable end of the fitting to the hose, providing a lasting attachment that is suitable for fixing or creating hydraulic hose assemblies. Crimp hydraulic hose fittings are typically used on moulders, presses, mobile machines, and other commercial hydraulic machinery to transport fluids in high-pressure petroleum- and water-based hydraulic systems.
PU Coating for Wheels
Machno Forms provides polyurethane roller and wheel covering. Polyurethane is a highly adaptable and abrasion-resistant substance that comes with a range of shore hardnesses. As a result, in applications where a more durable coating is needed, polyurethane is preferred over rubber. Wherever practicable, we will plan for the collection, stripping, and recovery of your polyurethane rollers. From sketches or prototypes, new rollers, including metals, may be made to your exact specifications. If necessary, we can also fix your journal ends and bearings.
Electric motor rewinding & servicing
In the UAE, Machno Forms has been delivering maintenance and rewinding facilities for AC and DC motors and electric generators. Rewinding, electronic fitting, Fabrication, Machining, Test, and Refurbishment Areas are all available in our well-equipped facility. We have a professional team of winders, electricians, and mechanical fitters on staff. We’ve repaired generators ranging from 1kVA to 1000kVA, as well as single phase and three phase electric motors ranging from 0.5hp to 1000hp. We can load test generators up to 500kw. We also provide facilities for electric motors and generators. We’ve worked with clients in the oil and gas, energy, mining, water, cement, paper, metals, and chemical industries.
